Founded by jeff burrell in 2010, Basketball 4 l.y.f.e.
utilizes the influence of strong volunteers, coaches, military personnel, and college students to improve the quality of living in our community through mentorship, events, tutoring, and the game of basketball
Our Mission is to bring together community leaders and members of the basketball community to improve the lives of youth and families by educating them on basketball 4 l.y.f.e's

Basketball 4 L.Y.F.E provides positive programs and events designed to help close the achievement gap and educate the youth in our community on ways to pursue higher levels education and success.
We tutor and provide mentorship to prevent cancer and other diseases and to ensure success in the classroom. Our organization has reduced the number of referrals and suspensions in our schools and is reducing the overall drop-out rate.
